Just installed a new graphics card and it's running VERY hot?

It's a gtx560ti and the card itself is burning up, the fan in the card is on, and I have the side panel of my PC off and another fan blowing directly into the PC.

Is it supposed to be that hot? What can I do to fix this?|||Download HWMonitor and see exactly what temp it's running at. Normally, graphics cards run VERY hot. Mine runs idle at 111 degrees F and gets up to 165 degrees F while gaming.

EDIT:

I have a GTS 250 currently, and I can't really say exactly what temperatures are safe for the GTX 560 Ti.|||Thats odd. If you are playing games, make sure a setting called V-Sync is turned on. V-Sync will make sure your GPU will stay at the FPS your monitor can handle. (for example: if you have a 60Hz monitor, V-Sync will make the FPS 60 at a maximum. FPS can never go over 60.) Now as for no gaming, that sounds like a card issues. If your old card didnt run like that, i would either return it or take it to a shop. Good luck.
