What's the diffrence between the gtx56ti and the gtx560ti superclocked?

as the title says...what's the diffrence between the gtx56ti and the gtx560ti superclocked?

because the superclocked is quite a few bucks cheaper, and my wallet isn't that big.

Also I have another question, do you guys know if the gtx560ti (superclocked) are silent cards? because I'm trying to build my own computer, the problem is, it needs to be really silent becuase my mom can't stand the vibration of the computer trough the walls..

It would be great if you could help me with this :)|||Although the GTX560 actually has the same number of shader cores as the GTX460, 336 cores. But that doesnt change that it is still the redesigned GPU in it. It ends up being pretty much the same thing as the 460 with higher stock clocks. According to the review here on OCC it has an equivalent OC potential as well. Luckily for us(the consumer) the true successor to the GTX460 is the GTX560 Ti, 384 shader cores, redesigned GPU core, overclocks like mad, and is an amazing card for its price.

The GTX 560 Ti has a higher stream processor count, thus providing a little better performance. It was released to complete against AMD's HD 6950 card. The GTX 560 was released to compete against their HD 6870 card. ----- From yahoo answers
